One Face Once Race Photo and Profile Release
Note: Everyone who submits a photograph for a One face One Race T Shirt must read and agree to the following release.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to the terms of this agreement on your behalf.
Photo and Profile Release
1. You are agreed not to submit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libellous, tortuous, hateful, or racially, ethnically photo or contents. This includes but is not limited to, pictures of other people and images that you do not have copyright to or permission from the copyright holder to submit. You will be responsible for, and indemnify any claim arising from any pictures that you send us. Although One Face One Race reserves the right to check and modify pictures of faces on the Service, we are under any obligation to do so. You acknowledge that One Face One Race does not have a possibility to control that pictures of faces sent by users really represents the person who sent the picture. One Face One Race reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to use or remove any pictures submitted by users.
2. By participating you grant to One Face One Race, its affiliates and assigns, absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use your profile and photograph submitted by you for print on One Face One Race™ merchandise, which you may be included, in whole or in part, including but not limited to composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own profile, or reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise, made through any medium at One Face One Race studios or elsewhere.
3. You grant One Face One Race, its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any manner One Face One Race deems appropriate worldwide, on any merchandise, in any media now known or hereafter developed, at any time or times, your profile, photographs and any language contained therein, royalty-free for public use and information without consideration or compensation.
4. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product with your photograph, profile or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to unknown or you. You understand the circulation of the materials could be worldwide and that there will be no compensation to you for this use.
5. You hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless One Face One Race, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photograph, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
6. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom he/she took the photographs.
7. You are 18 years of age and competent to contract in your own name. You have read this release before signing below, and you fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. This release shall be binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns
